This is Galactic Basic to our eyes and ears, though we understand that it's not understood outside of our galaxy. It originated on the planet Coruscant as a deliberately constructed trade language. Our galaxy and star systems don't seem to be mapped anywhere on your astronomical charts, and vice versa--I can only guess that Coruscant and Earth are very, very far away from one another. Though who knows where we are now.
